David was educated at St Kentigern College in Auckland,
New Zealand. He
is an Associate of the New Zealand Insurance Institute.
He is a very
Successful businessman. His experience includes the
insurance industry
and health and safety industry. His expertise is in
marketing, business
development, product development, training and management.
He has been
the CEO for Securo Ltd (formerly Redit Ltd) and Multicorp
Insurance. He
was the New Business Director for Jardine Wrightson.
In SCBT, David's responsibilities will include, but
are not limited to,
capital input, business planning, marketing, purchases,
liaison with
MAF, NZFSA and other government departments, and import
and export
issues.

Managing Director
Holds a Masters degree in Veterinary Science with
specialisation in Pharmacology and Toxicology. With
over 16 years of work experience in the biotechnology
industry. Vijay is responsible for the technical aspects
and oversees the collection and manufacturing divisions
for the company. He is also looking after the day-to-day
operations of the company. To his credit Vijay has
also published articles in the field of Mutagenicity
in international journals.

Director Sales and Marketing
Holds degrees in commerce and HR management. Dalip
has a commercial background with a career spanning
over 35 years with companies like IBM, Voest-Alpine
AG, Austria. He has also a successful track record
of establishing a number of businesses of which he
is a director as well. These include a publishing
company and flower export business. Dalip is responsible
for all commercial aspects for Southern Cross Biotechnology.
His responsibilities include, Sales, Logistics and
all back office functions.

Director
Keith was a partner in the international firm KPMG
for 27 years retiring in 2003. During his time at
KPMG, he was primarily involved in the Audit Practice.
Keith was heavily involved in the Institute Of Chartered
Accountants' activities having been at times Chairman
of it's Audit Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Financial
Reporting Standards Board, and Chaired the Working
Group that developed the Concepts For Financial Reporting.
Besides other creative work experiences, he has also
worked on the initial positioning of Vodafone in New
Zealand.
Presently Keith is the CEO of his company called Opportunities
Group Ltd., besides this, his current appointments
include Chairman of Advanced Business Education Limited,
and Director of the Corporate Trust Board of Perpetual
Trust, KC Securities Limited and a number of smaller
private companies. He is a Trustee and acting CEO
of Baptist Action, a major social services provider
in Auckland. He is also Chairman of a new trust that
is being established, The Botany Community Trust.
Keith is also contracted by the Ministry of Economic
development as Manager of the Accounting Standards
Review Board, the Independent Crown Entity charged
with the approval of accounting standards in New Zealand.
